No One Can Know - DEMO
A downloadable solo TTRPG
For as long as you can remember, you've been the only one able to see the shadowy monsters that prey on the living aura of humanity. Trapped in your awkward teenage years, it's up to you to fight back and defend those around you from the invisible threat. Battle monsters, record them in your Shadow Bestiary, and hunt down the Source to solve the mystery of your visions once and for all.
Although... how certain are you that this isn't all in your head? Is anything you see actually real? If it isn't, don't you owe it to yourself to get better?
No One Can Know is a game about teenage isolation and mental illness. It may contain themes of drug use and self-harm. This demo contains four of an expected eight Playbooks to choose from and has multiple endings depending on your play style.
Gameplay is based on Powered by the Apocalypse; cover art is made with MidJourney.

I downloaded and played the demo version of this game as much as I could. I found it to be a unique and intriguing game, capturing the drama of teenage instability, loneliness, and growth. It's especially rare, I think, to see such a perspective in a PbtA game. The moves and prompts are thoughtfully prepared to match various states and actions, making it easy to play. Most importantly, I absolutely love the theme and atmosphere of this game.
